mPulse Mobile Named a Select Tier Partner by Amazon Web Services

The mPulse Mobile team is excited to announce we are now an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Select Technology Partner. The designation from the AWS Partner Network means mPulse has shown the in-house technical expertise, business scale, and verified customer satisfaction to merit an official partnership with the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.

mPulse Mobile uses AWS to support our cloud-based architecture for all our key applications. AWS gives the mPulse engineering and data teams the scalability and agility they need to deliver our omnichannel and Conversational AI-based platform to over 80 leading healthcare organizations. And just as importantly, we rely on AWS’ leading security processes to help us maintain our HITRUST certification and HIPAA compliance, which enables our clients to trust us with important data.

Kunal Agrawal, mPulse Mobile’s Director of Engineering said, “This news is a testament to the great work our team has done in leveraging AWS to build solutions for our clients that are both innovative and impactful as well as reliable and secure. We are excited to deepen our partnership with AWS and appreciate the trust and support that their team has shown in naming us a Select Partner.”

As mPulse scales to support the rapid shift toward conversational engagement across healthcare, AWS gives us the infrastructure we need to have over 200 million conversations with consumers annually, across a broad range of critical topics like medication adherence, closing gaps in care, and navigating plan benefits. Now AWS’s healthcare customers can easily find mPulse on the AWS Partner Network and learn how we can help engage consumers.

The news means that mPulse can add AWS to a growing roster of integration and technology partners that includes Adobe, Healthx, the Epic App Orchard and the Oracle Partner Network.
