mPulse Mobile CEO, Chris Nicholson, Speaking at the Connected Health Summit
Parks Associates will host the 2018 Connected Health Summit on August 28-30, 2018, at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, in San Diego, California. The three-day event brings together healthcare providers, insurance and health institutions, software and app developers, and technology enablers to spotlight health technologies as part of the Internet of Things (IoT) phenomenon and the transformational impact of these connected solutions on the U.S. healthcare system.
mPulse’s CEO, Chris Nicholson, will speak on the panel Expert Panel – Data Analytics: Managing Consumer Health Data. The Connected Health Summit describes this panel:
“Sources of digital data that could benefit the healthcare industry have exploded since 2010. These data can provide clinical decision support, help insurers assess risk profiles, identify care quality gaps, and more. Still, there are hurdles to overcome before these patient data use cases can be fully developed and implemented. Consumers are uncomfortable in sharing data with care providers and other ecosystem players, and care providers are concerned about junk patient data and liability associated with data sharing. In this session, experts discuss their approaches to capturing consumer health data, analyzing that data, and managing health data in a secure way.”
This panel is part of the Independent Living and Wellness: A Growing Opportunity workshop.
